Overview
Ninja Gaiden 4 is an action-hack-and-slash game that reboots the series with a new protagonist, Yakumo, a member of the Raven clan, and features a return of the legendary Ryu Hayabusa. Set in a near-future Tokyo corrupted by the return of the Dark Dragon, the game emphasizes fast-paced, brutal combat, with new mechanics like the "Bloodraven Form" for Yakumo. The game also includes challenge rooms called Purgatory Gates and a new difficulty option called Hero Mode.
